We offer low end market rental housing that is safe, secure, and affordable for Sooke seniors. Our building is in the heart of Sooke and houses 10 one bedroom independent units.

How do I apply?
To apply you must be 55 years or older, have proof of annual income between $25,000 and $60,000 and proof that you can pay $850 – $950 (plus utilities) per month. Landlord and personal references are required.

Can I get on a waiting list?
We don’t keep a waiting list. We do list all vacancies on Facebook marketplace and this website.
How big are the units?
The units are approximately 500 sq ft. They are best suited for a single person or a couple.
How is the building accessible?
There are 10 units on two floors of the building. There is an elevator for second floor access. There are walk-in showers in all units.
Can I smoke in the unit?
This is a non-smoking building. No smoking or vaping is allowed in any of the units.
Are pets allowed?
We don’t allow pets in the units.
